Setting Up a Web Hook in Tines

• Login to Tines
  • Open your Tines instance and log in with your credentials.
• Navigate to Favorites
  • Click on the Profile Icon.
  • Click on Favorites in the menu.

• Create a New Story
  • In Favorite Stories, click on New to create a new story.

• Add a Web Hook
  • Hold the Web Hook and drag it to the play area.

• Configure Web Hook
  • Click on the Web Hook icon in the play area.

• Copy the generated Web Hook URL.

• Click Publish.

In the Platform (Bolster Platform):

1. Login to the Platform:
   • Log in to the platform .
2. Navigate to Automation:
3. Click on the Integration tab, Go to Tines Connector.

4. Create New Connector:

• In the New Tines Connector popup, provide a name for the connector.

5. Input Webhook URL:

• In the URL field, paste the URL you copied from the Tines webhook setup.

6. Test and Save Connector:

• Click on Test Connector to ensure everything is set up correctly.

• Once the test is successful, click Save.

By following these steps, you can successfully set up a connection to send data from your platform to tines using webhooks. This integration allows for automated data transfers and notifications directly within your Tines environment.

Verify the data from platform in TINES

1. Create an automation playbook in the platform by clicking on “NEW PLAYBOOK“
2. Provide the all the necessary details in the form
3. In define connectors in the form
4. In define connectors, choose above created connector
5. Run the playbook
6. Observe the result in the TINES

NOTE – Export Format on playbook should always be JSON for this guide to work.
