The Position:

Bolster is seeking a passionate and motivated Regional Sales Manager with Cybersecurity experience. This is an opportunity to be an influential member of a high performing sales team at a fast-growing security start-up. As a Regional Sales Manager you’ll effectively cultivate customer relationships and drive new business in prospective accounts.

What You Will Do:

· Manage prospecting and sales activities in assigned territory with a focus on pipeline growth

· Develop account plans for targeted opportunities and drive opportunities to closure

· Lead sales presentations at end-user locations

· Update and manage pipeline and prepare revenue forecasts

· Promote activities and events to stimulate interest in Bolster’s security solution

· Coordinate sales activities with other field sales reps and managers

· Perform other duties and projects as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years in successful technology sales with a proven track record of attaining quotas
  • Ability to understand complex technical problems in the Networking and Security industry at a business level
  • Strong sales and relationship building skills with a proven track record in negotiating and closing sales in assigned territory
  • Experience in selling at the executive level
  • Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to present technical concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and proposals
  • Requires the ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort
